She has worked with adults experiencing a range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress management, drug and alcohol issues, and coping with physical health issues such as cancer. Her main therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), although she also draws from other evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy. Her goal as a therapist is to work collaboratively and compassionately with clients to improve their wellbeing and achieve their goals.
