Dr Stephanie Sheu is an experienced Acupuncturist and General Practitioner at Sydney Spine and Pain.
She completed her undergraduate training at Prince of Wales Hospital and had completed her general practice training with the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2012 in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. She has a particular interest in preventative wholistic patient centred care and womens health.
Stephanie has completed her training in acupuncture with the Australian Medical Acupuncture College and currently uses acupuncture needle for the treatment of a multitude of medical conditions.
She currently uses acupuncture, as well as her knowledge of western medical, to relieve pain and augment the perception of pain in chronic musculoskeletal and neurological pain patients. She works closely with pain specialists, physiotherapists and psychologists in a multidisciplinary team environment to improve pain and functioning for patients with chronic pain. She will help with improving and implementing chronic pain management plans and will help with rehabilitation to return to normal functioning.
